Brother Bi was born into a very poor family. His mother became chronically ill when he was young. The daily medication and hospitalization ate up most of their money.
When Bi was seven years old, a Christian man came to share the gospel with Bi and his mother, and she came to Christ.
After a few months, his mother was completely healed by God. Bi saw what God had done in her life, so he went to church with her and accepted Christ into his own life.
Bi says that since then, God has always blessed, guided and protected him. When he was 13 years old, with a grade six education, he began a job carrying stones and rocks—whatever he could do to earn money.
He moved to Shanghai when he was 17 years old and got married. Together, Bi and his wife had a baby girl, but his wife left him after one year. He was devastated by this but was determined to make a good life for his daughter and to remain faithful serving God.
At age 19, Bi returned home to Huili and learned how to drive. He now serves God in the local church by driving foreign guests around for ministry. In the past 10 years, he has never had an accident despite dangerous driving conditions.
Last December, God gave Bi a new wife. They now own farmland, and Bi is a shareholder in a Chinese cake factory.
No matter how busy he is, Bi drops everything to serve his church. He was a vital link for our ministry team as they shared the gospel and distributed Bibles to remote churches in the Sichuan Province of China.
In total, 7,000 Scriptures were distributed and many people were saved, believing on the Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
