I Am Loved
Give them the hope they need.

What feelings do you associate with Christmas? For many children, this time of year brings the same excitement and anticipation we felt as a kid, waiting for Christmas to approach. Celebrating the birth of Jesus reminds me that hope often comes in unlikely and unexpected ways. Maybe you feel something similar during the holidays.

But for millions of children around the world, this season brings no joy and inspires no hope. Families living in extreme poverty and war-torn regions are so busy struggling to survive, it’s hard to even imagine hope or peace.

But it’s not the fact that these kids don’t get stockings, Christmas trees, and presents that breaks our heart. It’s that they are missing something so much more important—the hope of Jesus found in the Bible. These children are waiting for the greatest gift anyone could ever receive. You can give them that.

The Spark magazine is a Scripture resource specifically designed for children in their own language, in a way that’s easy for them to understand. Kids absolutely love it!

This year you can help reach more children all over the world through Spark – in over 10 countries including right here in Canada. Millions of kids in India have never heard about Jesus. So many kids in Moldova are trapped in hopelessness and despair. Hundreds of thousands of Latin American kids don’t know anything about the grace of Christ. Praise God we have an opportunity to reach them because of you.

Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” We’re asking you to let the children come to Jesus, and provide them with Spark magazines.

Every $5 you give means one more kid can have hope this Christmas.

Merry Christmas, and God bless you for your generosity in putting God’s Word in the hands of kids around the world.
